We had Top Notch come out for a quote on getting our rental house floors cleaned up in order to sell. We were on a very tight schedule and they squeezed us in! Very thankful for that. We were told the tile and carpet would look like new and we were NOT disappointed! Our renters left the floors in terrible shape and pet odor in one room was awful but they looked and smelled brand new after the cleaning! Outstanding job at our business. Our vinyl tile floor had been neglected for a long time and Rodney brought it back to a clean and beautiful shine just as he had promised. In our carpeted area we have a large spot that we knew would be a challenge. It looked much better, but after completely drying it wasn't a good as we had hoped. Then Rodney called us to check on it and without hesitation he was back out in just a few hours to make it perfect. Customer for life!

I called Top Notch to clean a used sofa that I had purchased. Rodney returned my call quickly and was able to clean the sofa the same day. I had called a couple of other cleaners but they were either unable to come or had outrageous charges since I lived on the 4th floor of an apartment building. Rodney was able to access the sofa without any problems or extra charges. The sofa looks brand new!
